We wrote this in plain English because we think you deserve to actually understand what happens with your data. No legalese, no tricks - just transparency.

- We never sell your data. Ever.
- We never use your conversations to train AI models.
- You can delete everything, anytime.
1. Who We Are
SnappyClaw.ai is operated by GetLatest AI ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide a managed AI agent platform with hosted infrastructure, tool integrations, and an exclusive community, delivered through Telegram and Discord.

2. What Data We Collect
Account Information
When you sign up, we collect your email address and basic profile information needed to create and manage your account. We also store your Telegram user ID to connect your account to your Snappy bot.
Conversation Data
Your conversations with your Snappy agent are stored on your dedicated, isolated infrastructure instance so your agent can remember context and be more helpful over time. This data is encrypted at rest and is isolated per user - no one else can access your conversations.
LLM API Keys
SnappyClaw operates on a BYOLLM (Bring Your Own LLM) model. You provide your own API key from your chosen AI provider (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). Your API key is stored encrypted on your dedicated instance and is only used to process your conversations with your chosen provider. We never access, share, or use your API key for any other purpose.
Usage Metrics
We collect anonymized usage data (like how often you interact with Snappy, feature usage, and error logs) to understand how to improve the service. This is aggregated and cannot be tied back to your specific conversations.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe handles billing securely, and we only receive subscription status and basic billing metadata (like your plan tier and renewal date).
Third-Party Integration Data
If you connect external services to Snappy (like Google Calendar, Gmail, or others) through our integration layer (powered by Composio), those OAuth tokens are stored securely and only used to act on your behalf when you ask Snappy to. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and personalize the Snappy service
- Process your subscription and manage billing via Stripe
- Send you important account or service-related notifications
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms
- Improve our service using anonymized, aggregated insights
- Comply with legal obligations when required
We do not use your conversation data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train AI models - ours or anyone else's.

4. Third-Party Services
Running SnappyClaw requires some trusted partners. Here's who we work with and why:
Supabase
Our database and authentication layer. Stores your account data, encrypted at rest.

You bring your own API key from your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.). Your conversations are sent directly to your chosen provider using your API key. Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices - review them before connecting your key.

Our exclusive community platform. Your Discord interactions within the SnappyClaw server are subject to Discord's own privacy policy.

Your data is stored in Supabase's infrastructure, encrypted at rest. Each user's data is logically isolated - your conversations and settings are only accessible to your account.
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Only a small number of authorized engineering staff can access infrastructure, and they do so only for operational or support purposes.
We do our best to keep your data safe, but no system is 100% foolproof. If we ever experience a security breach that affects you, we'll notify you promptly.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Active subscriptions: We retain your data indefinitely until you delete it. Your conversations, memory, and settings persist as long as your account is active - that's what makes Snappy better over time. You can ask Snappy to forget specific things at any time, or request a full data export or deletion by emailing us.
After cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days so you can reactivate if you change your mind. After that, it's permanently deleted.
Want to delete your account immediately? Email us at privacy@getlatest.ai and we'll wipe everything right away.
7. Cookies
We use cookies sparingly. Specifically, we use a session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it. No tracking cookies, no ad retargeting pixels, no third-party analytics cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
SnappyClaw is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, please contact us at privacy@getlatest.ai and we will delete the account promptly.
9. Our Role as Data Processor vs. Controller
As a controller: GetLatest AI acts as the data controller for your account information, billing data, and usage metrics. We determine how this data is collected and used as described in this policy.
As a processor: For your conversation data and connected integration data, GetLatest AI acts as a data processor - we process this data solely on your behalf and according to your instructions. Your conversations are processed to provide the service to you, not for our own purposes.
Your LLM provider: When your conversations are sent to your chosen AI provider, that provider processes the data under their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review your LLM provider's privacy practices before connecting your API key.
10. Your Rights (California & GDPR)
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your data.
- Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt-out: We don't sell data, so there's nothing to opt out of there. But you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
California residents: We comply with the CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
EU/EEA residents: Our legal basis for processing your data is contract performance (to provide the service you subscribed to) and legitimate interests (service improvement). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll let you know via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
